Q. What areas do you cover?
A. We deliver to Essex, London, Kent and the surrounding areas, please contact us for further information.
Q. Is Giggly Wiggly Worms Soft Play and Bouncy Castle Hire available all year round?
A. Yes! We hire 365 days of the year, Inside or outside (weather permitting), To avoid disappointment please try and book your hire as early as possible.
Q. How long is the hire period?
A. The Soft play Hire is based on 4 hours of hire. Additional Hours can be arranged for £10 per hour. Bouncy Castle Hire only is for a full days hire based on 7 hours from 10am-5pm. Overnight and weekend hire can be arrange for soft play and bouncy castles please ask for further details.
Q. How long will you need to set-up and pack away?
A. We require 45 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to collect at the end of the party. Please bear this in mind if you are hiring a venue.
Q. What age is the equipment for?
A. Our soft play and play equipment is suitable for 0-5 year olds. However, our Bouncy Castles are suitable for older children up to the age of approximately 12.
Q. What happens if the equipment gets damaged?
A. The Hirer will incur a charge for repairing the item or replacing it. Hopefully this doesnt happen.
Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes! We have £5million Public Liability Insurance with Leisure Insure. We are also members of the British Inflatable Hirers’ Alliance (BIHA), and all our Bouncy Castles are PIPA safety tested.
Q. How do I book?
A. Bookings can be made via telephone on 07984 360 346, emailing hello@gigglywigglyworms.co.uk or by clicking here.
Q. How do I pay?
A. We require a deposit of £50, which also serves as a ‘damages deposit’, to secure the booking. The full amount is then due on the day, in cash, or by bank transfer 10 days before the event booking. Your £50 ‘damages deposit’ will be returned, in cash, upon collection PROVIDING all the equipment is in the same clean, working condition it was delivered and signed for in – please see the T&Cs. The deposit is fully refundable if we are given 2 full weeks (14 days) notice to cancel via email or we will gladly reschedule the date for you.
